Hi. I was wondering if anyone has experience with a split stay.
Background: I booked an 8 night stay standard room with concierge level. Decided to downgrade to a standard room with no concierge then had major remorse about it and have been trying to get it back since. I've called weekly.
Today I was able to add it back but it was only available for 6 nights and it changed to a premium view room. So now I have 2 reservations and I may have to change rooms.
I would have no problem upgrading the last 2 nights but it's not available right now. Does the hotel usually enforce moving from a room when you have 2 reservations? The CM I spoke with said they usually try to accommodate but may not be able to if the hotel is full. has anyone been able to add concierge level during their stay?
