Split Stay Parking

Because we are driving, we have decided to add an extra day at the beginning of our trip. I have reserved a room for us at ASMo for the first night and the rest of our trip will be at SSR. In the morning, will we be able to drive over to SSR and park even if our room is not ready and we're not yet technically checked in? Our plan is to go to EPCOT that first day, so we thought we'd drive to SSR, park, then take the bus to the park.

Yes. When you get to SSR just tell them you are arriving to check in (even though you won't actually need to go to the front desk and physically check in or anything right then). They will most likely ask for your name and possibly a reservation number to confirm that you are truly going to be a guest there.

But yiu certainly can do the checkin process at that time. You won't get the room but you can let them know you're there and leave bags with bell services so they are safer than in your car.

I would then just drive to Epcot, since you shouldn't leave your car in the front area anyway and will be moving it to another spot, but maybe you have a reason for the bus.

when you arrive at SSR the security guard needs to see your driver license - tell him you are staying - then he will give you a parking permit. be sure to allow time for Disney Springs you can walk, boat or bus to it from SSR and it is now worth the time.

You could go to Epcot and leave your car at ASM then one of you can take the bus back and drive it to SSR while the rest of you go to SSR and check in. It would save you the trip in the morning and getting up earlier.

Stayed at SSR many times loved it have fun. I have done the same thing on split stays. They will defiantly let you park.
