Split Stay non concierge / concierge info

Just in case anyone is interested...I asked the question on here a few weeks back, whether concierge would help me plan my whole stay, or just the 7 nights we have booked concierge (we are also staying 14 night non concierge at AKL). No-one seemed clear on the answer.

I rang the Polynesian planning office and explained my situation today. I was told by a lovely CM that they would very happy to help me plan my WHOLE vacation and to call her back when I had finalised my plans.

Hope that info might be useful to others.

Really looking forward to our stay, the CM I spoke to today was very nice and along with SeaSprays wonderful review of the Poly concierge in another thread Im doubly excited!

Allie, I remember your post and it's really not clear cut policy. The best thing to do, was exactly what you said, ask the IPO department that you are working with. They handle these requests on a guest by guest basis. Glad that they were able to take care of you.

Yes, I would agree Tammi, best to call and ask rather than presume!
