My dd just got put on 20 days of an antibiotic that has to be refrigerated. We have a split stay between YC and BCV starting next week. The day of transfer we plan on putting it in a soft cooler and carrying with us. Is that the most practical option? She won't have to take it during the day, but figured that was our only option.

I have a backpack cooler bag that I pack up with my refrigerated items the morning of my move to a different resort. I take transportation over to the next resort and have the bell service put my refrigerated items in cold storage and have them keep the backpack as well until I came back in the afternoon and check-in. I will stop at bell services and pick up the backpack and my items and head to my room. It is kind of pain, but what isn't at WDW these days.

Another potential option is to have bell at YC store it in refrigeration for you all day, then stop later in the day when you're ready to move into your BCV room and pick it up. The distance from bell at YC and BC isn't that bad.

I would ask Bell Services to store it in cold storage at YC for the day, then just pick it up on your way to BCV.
