split stay - magic band questions

Hi- we will be staying at POP for 2 days - room only reservations.
FAmily arrives day 3 & we are moving over to AoA suite. that's when our park hoppers & free dining kick in.

I see I can decline a magic band for either of those stays.

so I should be good to decline the 2nd set that comes with the AoA? ...and the AoA room & tickets should all be on the original bands I get from Pop. Is there anything I need to do??

Yes you can decline them.
Nothing is on your magic band.
Everything is linked in MDE.
Personally though I feel like I'm paying for the magic band so even though I have several I do not decline them.

No. As long as both reservations are linked to the same people in mde your bands will work fine

By accepting both sets, everyone can have more than one color so they can match their outfits, or just for fun.
