Split stay luggage transfers?

hey all -- this year we are doing our very first slit stay -- Starting at Pop Century, and then moving to a Cars Suite at AoA.

Does anyone kow if the resorts facilitate the transfer of luggage from resort to resort (although i know this is literally just across the bridge) -- it would be nice if we could just set it and forget it --

They will move it for you. Just make sure you have everything you need for the day with you as your luggage may not make it to your next room till afternoon. If you are driving then I would just take it with you. If you do not have a car they will take care of it all for you.

They will move it for you; I've done this multiple times with no issues, although it typically isn't available at the new resort until 4 or 5 pm. Also, unlike DME luggage delivery, for resort to resort transfers, you have to be in your room and call bell services to have it delivered (no bags just magically being there).

Pop will arrange for luggage delivery to AoA for you. You'll have to take your bags to luggage assistance, they'll tag the bags for you and give you receipts. As a PP noted, don't plan to see your bags until very late afternoon and you'll need to be in your room to receive them (or you can pick them up at AoA luggage assistance).

For a transfer from Pop to AoA, depending on what building you are in at Pop, it might really be a really short walk to AoA. I would consider checking in at AoA before you check out of Pop. It is possible that your AoA suite will be ready and you could drop some of your bags in your room right away. It might not work out that way, but the times we've done split stays, our new rooms have been ready surprisingly early (8:00 a.m. at FW and 10:00 at BWV). Just a thought.
