Split Stay initial confirmation booklets...

I booked a split stay in December for CR CL and POR, however I only received one confirmation booklet in the mail for POR. The rep said that they only send out since it's a split stay, however it's two separate reservations. Well she will have one sent out to us. I am using the books as part of my surprise for our daughters. Is it customary to receive a book for each reservation or just one? This is my first split stay.

I booked at the beginning of February for our trip on April 22 and did not receive the booklet at all

We almost always "split stays" due to the number of people changing and always get a booklet for each reservation number.

I originally had a split stay booked for our next trip, but only received one booklet.
