Split stay, how does cancellation policy work?

if you split your stay and need to cancel part of it can you? Is it considered two separate reservations? How many days out do you need to cancel by? We want to add extra days but are not sure if we can do it so I want to make sure we can cancel the last part without losing the first part. I also assume it means that our dining reservations would restart and we could only do the booking for the first part on 180 and then wait until 180 for the second part to book ADRs for those days? Just trying not to screw myself. Thanks so much.

It is two separate reservations. Each reservation follows the specific cancel policy for the type of reservation it is (package vs. room-only).

And yes, each reservation is its own 180+.

I think you need 5 days prior to cancel a room only reservation.
