Split Stay Hard Rock Hotel/Portofino Bay

Right now I have an annual passholder rate for a Monday night for Hard Rock for a single night. We have an off-site condo for a week but wanted to get an on-site room for the FOTL access. My brother and sister just finalized their plane tickets so they will be on this trip with us also. There is only availability for passholder discounts at Hard Rock for club level and the best discounted rate is at PBR. So I am thinking of adding on a night for Tue night there, thinking that if I get that extra night, I will get another day of FOTL access. My sister and brother will be leaving Orlando earlier than us so only plan for 1 day at the Universal Parks. I have to check in the room at HRH since I would have the annual pass but could I then process their FOTL Express Pass IDs and have them issued to my sister, brother and my 3 kids. Then when I check into PBH on Tuesday, can I process FOTL Express Pass IDs for myself, my husband and my 3 kids that we can use for Tues and Wed? Tuesday is the only day when my brother and sister will be in the parks with us and if this plan is sound, all 7 of us can have FOTL access for Tuesday. Since we have the off-site condo I am not sure who will actually be staying at the on-site hotel room at night. I am assuming bell services will hold your luggage after check out while we are in the parks for the day?
