Split stay Dining plan

I will be checking out of Art of Animation and later heading over to Grand Floridian for one night. I’ll have the dining plan for my one night stay.

After check out we are heading to Epcot and for lunch at Garden Grill. I will need to use the dining plan at this point. Will it be active even though I haven’t actually visited the front desk at the Grand yet?

Also wondering if I can grab our mugs at Art of Animation after checking out and before we head to Epcot. It would enable me to grab my morning coffee on the dining plan.

Do online check in and you should be fine for lunch, but if you have time stop at guest services at AoA before you leave that morning. This way you could also ask them about the mug.

I planned on heading to the Art of Animation front desk to make sure I was checked out, so I’ll ask about the mugs then. Will definitely do online checkin for the Grand.

Yes you can. I did that at BLT. Checked out, online checked in, activated my mug at 8 am and head to park.
