Split Stay - Dining and Fast Pass

Can you all tell me your experience with split stay and booking dining reservations or fast passes?

Have you been able to book these at 180 / 60 days from initial check in? Or do you have to do each of these things 2 separate times?
If I buy one set of tickets for the length of the entire trip, and link it to the first reservation, will I be able to do all fast passes at once?

I believe fp+ will work fine for the entire stay, but I know that dining reservations are limited to each stay.
