Split Stay/DDP question

We are staying at BWV Dec. 26-Jan 2. Booked a 2BR starting on Dec 27, but then added one night in a studio on the 26th when plans changed. Thus the split stay.

If I add the DxDP to the one night reservation, I can use those meals up until midnight on the 27th, yes? I'm hoping I'm remembering this correctly, because I'd like to use the three meals for dinner on the 26th and lunch and dinner on the 27th.

We definitely do not want the DxDDP for the entire stay, as I also have TIW which we'll use for the remaining TS meals. And we found out the hard way years ago that DxDDP was way, way, way too much food for us for a week's worth of eating!!
