Split stay between POFQ and WL or entire stay at Dolphin

Okay, so I was checking prices today and discovered that I could save over $200 if I chose to stay at the Dolphin for my entire trip rather than split a stay between POFQ and WL (standard view both places). A couple of notes, we rely on resort transportation when there, NEVER use ME because I like to get there when I want to get there (and not wait) and I never use the dining plan because I have had gastric bypass and there is too much food. So, what would you do? I am leaning toward the Dolphin but I also think it would be fun to check out other Disney hotels. . .we had a blast last summer at the ASMu (even though I am a deluxe girl), and thought I would check out a couple more disney resorts. . .

How many days are you going to be there? Its not a HUGE savings if you choose the Dolphin but it is a wonderful place and the location can't be beat. I'm not much help am I! I think either way is great but I would probably go with the Dolphin for the location and I don't like split stays myself. Good luck deciding!

I would choose WL and POFQ.....

Love them both....I also want to try every hotel.

Biggest downer at Pofq is the double beds.....

If you haven't tried the Dolphin.....could you do WL/Dolphin....

We ((me, DW, DD10 and DD6) are heading to the Dolphin tomorrow for eight days!!!!) would choose the Dolphin over the split stay. The WL looks fantastic but we love the Dolphin (I think this is our 5th stay) especially for the location. It is a deluxe in every way and the issue with not getting the Dining Plan might be our only compaint. I say might because we have never used the Plan but are going for a second time with a family that is staying at the Beach Club and has the Plan. We always just split the check!!! I always wrestle with staying somewhere else and buying the Plan versus staying at the Dolphin and paying for our meals. Since it is not an issue for you, try the Dolphin and I don't think you will be dissapointed.
