Split Stay Between Allstars/POR

I have a question about luggage. I'm booked at All-Star Music on the 25Nov-1Dec and POR on the 1Dec-2Dec. I was told that Disney moves your luggage to the other hotel. How does that work??? We have never done this before and I'm a little nervous about it. Has anyone done this????

We've done it, and it works fine. The best plan is to give your luggage to bell services at your first resort, go off to a park for the day, then when you leave the park go to the second resort. Check in and call bell services to bring up your luggage. It's easy, and you don't have to lose a park/touring day to make the transfer.

That's exactly how we did it! Just drop 'em off in the morning and then when you check in at the new resort they bring 'em over for you.

Taxi - you have control over where your things are. Who wants to deal with a lost suitcase?

We have friends who were greeted at CBR with the wrong luggage in their room. ME gave them someone else's luggage. Five hours later - the luggage was finally switched, but one bag remained lost. I wonder who is enjoying their stuff!?!

That's too bad, but that's ME - not resort bell services. Two different entities. We've never had a problem with bell services and a split stay.
