I searched back a couple years and didn't see this answered, so here goes:
We're planning a trip for November, hitting both festivals at EPCOT and also doing the Orlando Informer Meetup at USO/IOA. Because of the length of the trip and a couple oddly-booked days, we would essentially be doing 5 days at CSR, 2-3 days off-property, and then 10 more days at CSR GDT. I know that if we were moving from CSR to another on-property hotel and back again, they would bring our bags to the new hotel and back. However, what would be best if if we could simply leave our "big luggage" at CSR until we re-check-in two days later (one rolling duffle and one carry-on suitcase). Has anyone done that? Would guest services do that? Obviously they don't have unlimited space, but it seems like such an atypical request that it shouldn't cause too much of a problem?
Is there a blanket policy one way or the other on a request like this, or am I best off simply asking guest services really nicely when I get there (and am lugging bags around awkwardly with my wheelchair)?
