Split stay and tickets

I want to split my next visit between two resorts -6 nights CBR,2 nights AKL.
I would like a premium ticket (park hop and water parks),but how does this work with the Magic Your Way tickets? I do not want the dining option.Can this be done? If the tickets are put on your room card,what happens when you change resorts? Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I know for sure that you will be able to use whatever days you have left on your tickets when you move to your new resort. I am not sure if they can physically change your tickets from your old room key to the new one though...I'm sure someone else out there will know the answer

we went in May of this year and did a split stay. First 3 nights @ POP and then switched to AKL for the last 3 nights. Our tickets for all six days were put on our POP room keys. When we checked into AKL, they were unable to transfer the park tickets to our new room keys.

Since all the keys look alike, I asked for a Sharpie to write on the keys AKL and POP so I could distinguish which keys were for my AKL room and which had my park tickets.
