has anyone had the resort transfer your luggage and cold food?

I've had my luggage transferred resort to resort before but I've never has cold food to move.

Next month I have a split between OKW and VGF and will have gorceries delivered to Old Key before moving 1/2 into our stay. I just didn't know if they would keep the cold stuff cold in transit. If it just goes into a truck and hours later it arrives to the resort?

My other thought is to just let bell service at Old Key hold everything and then go back to the resort mid afternoon after our Epcot FPs and uber to GF with everything.

Thoughts???

They’ll keep your cold food cold before, during & after transfer. Just be sure to package and label cold items very clearly, e.g. in a big plastic bag. You’ll either be bringing everything to Bell Services yourself or having them come to your villa when you’re there, so you can also point out what needs to be kept cold at that time too.

We did a split stay last May with groceries and a dozen roses and balloons (anniversary celebration). They kept the cold items refrigerated and freezer items frozen and the rest of our items were taken good care of and delivered to our room once we checked into the second resort and the room was ready.

Just make sure the cold items are in a different bag. Bell Service will label appropriately. When I transfer resorts I take a cab with our stuff early in the morning and do an early check in and leave my things with Bell Service. Then go about my day.
