Apologies in advance since I'm pretty sure this question has been asked before- I just can't seem to find the answer. We are driving to Disney and arriving the day before our reservation at Bonnet Creek begins. If we stay one night onsite can we book Fast Passes 60 days in advance for our entire stay or just for the one night we are onsite?

You will be able to book the entire stay at 60 days out. So if you stay the night before check in at WBC each day can be booked at 60. You will have to make them one day at a time though.
ETA Most fast passes you don't need to hook 60 days out though, so keep that in mind too.
