Split stay and dining ADRs questions

we will be at POR for 4 nights without dining plan followed by 6 nights WL with reg dining plan. Can I make ressies for +10 as of my first arrival date or will I have to wait until 180 days from check in for the second ressie. Thanks!

You will be able to make reservations for the POR stay 180 days before arrival. You will then have to wait until 180 days before arrival day at your second resort to make reservations for your WL days. It used to be 180 + 10 days, but it is now 180 + length of each resort reservation (up to a maximum of 10 days).
