Split stay and ADR's

We have a room only reservation for one night and then a 7 night package. Do I get the 180 + 10 for that room only or can I just do one day's worth of ADR's then the next day the rest of the stay at the 180 mark for that second stay? Does that make sense? I just want to be prepared. TIA!

you will have to do the 1 day first and then do the remaining days the next day. When booking the 180 +10, it asks for your reseervation number and if you don't have more then 1 night booked, you won't be able to book the +10. You can always try and see if maybe it has changed but that's how is was when I booked my August meals about 2 months ago.

I was wondering the same thing. We have a split 1 day room only and then a 6 Day + DDP. Since we aren't doing a TS on our arrival day I am guessing I won't be able to do my ADR's until the 180 day mark from our 2nd Reservation.

I have a room only booked before my Free Dining Pkg (already at the max of 14 nights). I used the room only to book all of my first 11 days of dining. I didn't have any that had to have a dining plan attached or it would charge me (otherwise I would have waited a day to book it). The next day I used my Free Dining Pkg confirmation to book the next day of dining and continued until all of my ADR's were done.

If you phone in you may not be able to do this but I did mine online.

The Fantasmic DP is just a credit card hold. But CRT would charge my credit card if I booked using my room only reservation as I don't have a dining plan attached to that reservation (dining plan or payment when booking).

If you do not have the DDP or DxDDP, the dinner shows (Hoop de Doo, luau, Mickey's Backyard Barbecue) and CRT will require full payment at the time of booking.

Some reservations require a CC on file, but they will only charge your card a no show fee if you do not show up and you fail to cancel 48 before your reservation. This includes California Grill, the Akershus Princess meals and the Fantasmic Dinner package. Not all Signature restaurants require a CC on file.

You can book that online too. Select Dining Event and then from the drop down select Fantasmic DP. You can't select a date from the calendar as they are only available til August, instead type in the date like this 10/02/2011. Then it should work.

Double check the date before confirming as it will revert to tomorrow's date if you click on a grey date from the calendar or hit the change search option button (I haven't tested but if you choose a date that Fantasmic isn't showing, it probably does the same thing).
