Split Stay and ADR

So has the policy changed...it's been two years since we've been but we are doing a split stay and I can only make ADR's for the first part of the reservation not +10 days even though we have a long reservation. Is this a new thing?

For what it is worth we also were unable to do this either even though a CM said we would be able to when I called.

Yes and no.

It's a new thing. It's NOT a policy change. It is a procedure change.

The old system allowed for +10, even though the policy was for "length of reservation." Now the system enforces "length of reservation."
