Split Magical Express?

We will be a group of 4 staying on property, For various reasons, 2 of us will be flying down on Monday night, checking in and staying 4 days while the other 2 will be coming down on Tuesday night and staying 3 days.

Can the people coming down the day after after we check into the one room still use Magical Express to get to the resort?
