Split day Epcot morning/AK evening?

I'd love some advice for a two day trip the first week of June.

First day we're planning to spend the day at MK. The second day we want to visit both Epcot and AK. Both parks are recommended by easyWDW; touringplans gives Epcot a 4 and AK a 6 currently.

We're planning to go to Epcot in the morning, split a pizza for lunch at Via Napoli at 11:30 am, grab a dessert (maybe share an appetizer) at Coral Reef at 3:00 pm, and our must-see attractions are: Frozen Ever After and Soarin'. Head to AK after at Coral Reef.

In Animal Kingdom, we're hoping to at least catch the night-time ROL show and a night-time safari, and just animal watch and whatever else we can fit in.

Questions:
Do you think it would be best to book a FP+ for Frozen Ever After and Epcot rides (assuming Soarin' will be same tier as Frozen though) instead of evening AK?

If we split a pizza at Via Napoli, how long do you think we have between dining at VN and getting to CR at 3? Should I get a later time? There are plenty of later ADRs available, 3:20, 4:00, 15, 30, 45, so on.

How long would it take to get from Epcot to AK?

Any other advice?

Thanks!

I don't know other than to say I cannot imagine spending only half a day in either of those places!! Love EPCOT and DAK.

From deep in World Showcase, you could exit Epcot's International Gateway and walk to Beach Club (or Boardwalk) and catch a bus to AK.

Once boarded, that bus will take 10-20 minutes to get to AK.

We are doing similar. HS morning with AK evening in May(both recommended by EasyWDW).

I'd use the FP+ for the Epcot rides. I don't know how much the general public will be aware of the later hours a couple months into the opening of ROL and even then, how much interest it will draw.

We've set up our FP's for Hollywood Studios. No idea on the the timing as we've never gone from one park to the other without a break in between.

Don't worry, we have a full-day at each planned at the beginning of May, just doing a quick visit at the beginning of June! :)

Thank you, Robo! I had planned to exit the other end, immediately after CF dessert in Future World. Would it be worth it to walk back through the showcase to exit this way?

Nope.
From FW, head out Epcot's front gates, turn left and head to the Epcot bus terminals.
There is a direct bus to AK from there.
Once boarded, that bus will take 10-15 minutes to get to AK.

Appreciate all your help. :)

I've read/heard Soarin' isn't opening until end of June/early July, fyi. I am not planning on it for our 6/4-6/11 trip.

Any advice on meal timing between 11:30 am Via Napoli and 3:00 pm (or later) Coral Reef?
