Splenda in Restaurants

Hi everyone! I apologize if this has been asked before. DH and I were wondering if Splenda is being served in all the restaurants. Being from the South...we LOVE our sweet tea, but cannot tolerate any of the artificial sweeteners except Splenda.

The restaurants/dinner shows that we are planning to visit are:
Hoop De Doo Review
Crystal Palace
1900 Park Faire
Donald's Breakfastasaurus
Coral Reef
Chef Mickey's
Mama Melrose
Le Cellier or another World Showcase Restaurant

So our question is do these restaurants have Splenda, or should we plan to bring our own?

Splenda lover here who dined at 1900 Park Fare a few weeks ago and they DO have it. Everywhere we dined had it, but the only place we dined that is on your list was 1900 Park Fare.

We also saw Splenda being served. The only place I used it was Beaches and Cream. Of course, if having it is a must for you, I'd carry a few packets just in case.

In September, I noticed it in several restaurants, but not all. The only place I ate that you are planning to go to is Le Cellier and I can't remember if they had it or not. I hope they end up putting it in all the restaurants! Best to carry a few on you!

There was splenda at Jiko a couple weeks back..I am glad it is showing up all over the world.

I'm totally with you - Splenda is the only one for me, with Equal a very poor substitute. I brought a bag of Splenda packets with me on my last trip, but usually didn't carry it around with me, but planned to use it in the hotel (WL).

If I recall correctly, all the resort restaurants and food courts (including Roaring Forks, Whispering Canyon, Jiko, Victoria and Alberts, Kona Cafe) had Splenda, but the restaurants in the parks did not (Le Cellier, 50's PTC, etc.). So, since over half your chosen restaurants are in the parks, I would definitely bring your own Splenda.

Thanks everyone. I think that I will put a little bag of Splenda in my backpack. That way I'll be sure to have it. Luckily, it does not take up a lot of space.

Yep, you got good advice from people - I usually carry Splenda around with me as well (Equal too, because I like it better in my coffee). I have found that many (if not all) of the restaurants are carrying it.

We stopped in the Liberty Inn last night for a "Stars and Stripes" (oooooh, sugar rush), and I noticed they have packets of Mrs Dash, as well. I'm loving the healthy trend the counter service restaurants are having!

Fascinating! There are Splenda groupies and I thought my DH who tries to carries packets w/ him all the time was being crazy - thanks for putting me straight.
We're leaving Sunday and I bet he hasn't thought of it - so I'll just pack some for him then...he'll love it (just in case they don't have it everywhere)
