What do you think of them? Are they too small to enjoy? What is the size and how deep are they?

Our 6 and 8 year old think the splash pool is perfect. It's perfect for mom and dad because we can be inside with our feet up on a couch and watch them swim just outside the sliding glass windows.

For adults it's not really big enough for "swimming" but it's the right size for floating and lounding in the water. Especially if it's winter and the pool is heated and the jets are on.

I can't swear to it, but I think the pools are about 12 feet by 12 feet. You should be able to find a pic of one pretty easily at the Windsor Hills website on any townhome posting.

Yes, the splash pools are 12 by 12 foot square. There's a underwater ledge that runs along the side where the stairs are. DH and I loved having it to relax in after a long day. We don't do much swimming anyway and it was perfect for floating around and relaxing. It's bigger than you think. Just think of a room in your house that is that size.

do you recommend bringing a lounger type of float for relaxing.

They are from 3 ft to 5ft deep, maybe a little deeper right at the far center. We used pool noddles to float around on but I guess you can use whatever you want. A full lounger would take up a lot of room and you wouldn't float very far but whatever.
