I believe the splash area is at the Meadow pool. I found this on the WDW site:

It says "through early April" but I don't know the current status if it's open, soon to open, or extended closure. Those on the Camping Forum may know; I don't see a current thread about it.

I stayed there last week and the kids splash pad area is not yet open. Looked like a lot of work left tbh. The pool opened on April 4.
