I know that the new Fantasyland in MK has a water area for kids. Do any of the other parks have areas like that? I want to go into each park prepared. Also, do I need to bring my own towels into the park if I plan to let my kids play there?

They certainly won't have towels for you there, so if you want to have them to use definitely bring it yourself.

Epcot has fountains between FW and WS that kids can play in. There are also fountains at DTD.

I can't think of any at DHS or AK off the top of my head, but I may just not be remembering.

AK-- has a water ride, that you can get drenched on.

HS--the closest thing is walking thru the mist from the giant coke bottle.

At MK-- its a really cute area, but the kids (adults) will get wet!! and they do sell beach towels right there too!

HS has a splash area inside the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. I lost sight of my little guy for a minute and he came back drenched :rotfl::rotfl: He loved it... until the cold bus ride. Definitely bring a towel if you plan to go there.

There is a fountain and little water feature outside of Kali River Rapids
in AK. DD loved it. Soaked instantly. Bathrooms right there which
definitely helped.

Yup, like all the PPs mentioned each of the parks and DTD has a splash/wet area.

MK- Casey's Splash Area
Tiki's/Totem's in Adventureland (they more-so squirt you)
Epcot- On the bridge between WS and Futureland
AK-Near Kali Rapids
DHS- Inside Honey I Shrunk the Kids
DTD- Next to Earl of Sandwich and between Christmas Store and Design a tee. (these may not be both on at the same time depending on time of the year and if they have the dance party next to EOS or on the stage!)

We always make sure we have a swim diaper and change of clothes for our DS. A towel would definitely help dry off and warm up (water is sometimes FREEZING), but we don't always bring one.
