Can anyone who rode it recently after the 2014 refurbishment tell me if the last row in the log now has a head rest?
My 50 year-old mom smacked her head quite hard on the back of the log when we were there in October. She's really short and her head comes right at the edge of the seat. It left her dizzy for a bit with a migraine for the rest of the day. We wrote Disney when we got home and advised of our issue. (She refused to say anything while we were there as she wanted to focus on the fun of her first trip). I got a call from someone who works with the ride and stated they would look into head rests on the back row like they do for all the others on the boat. My mom says she won't ride again and I've never had a problem riding it by myself so for us the issue is moot. Just wondered, out of curiosity, if they actually added them or not. She likes log rides and I'm hoping if they took her concern seriously that I may coax her back on it as she had a blast up to the point she hit her head (the big drop).
