Splash area for little ones?

I've seen some references to a little splash fountain (in Mickey's ear?) area for little ones in swim diapers. When we went last year, I know there was nothing for the non-potty trained child. Has this changed?

Yes, it has changed, 1 of MIckey's ear is reserved for non-potty trained kids, and has some little sprinkler.
