Spirit of Aloha or O'hana

I know this isn't exactly comparing apples to apples, but if you ignore the cost, which meal do you prefer? Is the food better at O'hana or the Spirit of Aloha show? I remember going to the old Luau show in 1983 when I was 8 and using a mickey flashlight I purchased at Epcot to see my rice. I remember nothing of the show itself. Is this new show a good choice for kids who will be 6 & 4 when we go next year? We will be doing HDDR and I'm just looking at whether or not I'd rather spend money on O'hana for dinner or this show. BTW, my girls both love the hula and pretending that their "hula" girls when they get out of the tub.
