Spirit of Aloha in Feb?

We have decided to do the DxDP and do a few of the dining shows. We were thinking of doing Spirit of Aloha - but then I started thinking - would it likely be cancelled due to weather in Feb?

Would you risk it? or book another signature? I can't decide!

I'd think there's less chance of it being canceled in February because of weather than there is during the summer because there's not a big chance of rain then.
