My aunt was over last night and she's going to make my hubby-to-be a Hawaiian shirt and me a matching dress for our honeymoon. Just wondering if anyone else dresses for the "theme"?

Was there last month and our family did not dress up with Hawaiian shirts or anything and do not recall anyone by us doing it either. It was a nice show, enjoy!!!

When we went I saw a few guys wearing Hawaiian shirts, some women (our party included) were wearing tropical-style dresses but nothing really costume-y Lots of little kids in Hawaiian shirts and colorful dresses

Yes.

We dined there on Dec. 23 one year. The wonderful DISigners here on the DIS created a holiday themed Lilo & Stitch design that included a Christmas Tree and said "Mele Kalikimaka from the ______" (insert family name on the blank). That's Hawaiian for "Merry Christmas".

I used that design to create 4 matching long-sleeved t-shirts for us & we all wore black pants as well.

My hubby might have said he would do that BEFORE we were married. Once we were married, he would not be caught dead wearing matching outfits with me

(He will wear a Hawaiian shirt or a Mickey shirt on vacation though).

ETA: I did wear a tropical style dress to Ohana.

We do.

Husband and son already have their Hawaiian shirts while my girls will be wearing Mickey and Minnie Hawaiian style dresses for our 'Ohana dinner. Hopefully, I will find a cute dress to match them!

We also have classic Minnie shirts for our breakfast at Cape May, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse type shirts for Chef Mickey's and Winnie the Pooh shirts for Crystal Palace. All for our two daughters, though. My husband will more than likely wear a shirt that goes with whatever character meal we are doing that day also. And I don't even have to ask him. I love that about him.

We have a few matching sets of Disney themed Hawaiian shirts. The Disney Store seems to have a new set up for sale at the beginning of every summer.... I keep checking their site because they will sell fast. You can also find them on ebay (I bought a few from there too).
