Spirit big front seat

Is there a way to know before I book my ticket if the big seats are available?

Our BIG FRONT SEATs are larger seats, for those who prefer more space, in the front of the plane. With a 36" pitch and 18.5" width - a full 6" of additional legroom compared to our standard Deluxe Leather seats - you'll be flying in comfort when you choose our BIG FRONT SEAT.

BIG FRONT SEATs can be purchased for a fee during or after a booking, based on availability, here at spirit.com."

So I would yes, you can tell before you purchase whether there are any Big Front Seats available.

I do this all the time. Just go through all the motions of booking the flight you want. You will do seat purchase before the check out, so you will not have paid for anything. If you see that there are no big seats left (which BTW is extremely rare), then just back out of the booking.
