Spirit Airlines Refunds?

Ugh finally running into an issue. Has anyone had any luck with getting an actual refund (not travel voucher) from Spirit?

I learned about the federal regulation that requires airlines to give a refund if they cancel the flight. So I was holding out for that for my April 30 - May 4th trip. EWR -> MCO.

I logged into my Spirit account today to see that they canceled my arrival flight, and modified my return flight to come home May 6th....

Spirit has no proper customer service phone number, and I'm trying to get my refund now via Twitter -_-

Anyone else deal with something similar?

Update: I was able to get a full refund for my entire trip. This was done via Twitter PM. I'm expecting a credit back to my CC within the next 7 business days.
