Don't know what it was last night, but I think I've decided to do another Mother/Daughter trip with my Mom. I want to go in October to visit the F&W Fest as well as MNSSHP! Since I am just beginning to think about it I'm thinking of Oct. 15-18, but the first weekend of Oct works too.
*Background info is I'm at SAHM to DS4 and DD2 who will both be in preschool next year. DH can be care giver on the weekend and may be able to take an extra Friday or Monday off, but I will have to arrange for other care on at least 1 of the weekdays if not both. I'm making a mental list of close by friends who could maybe help out with the kiddos until DH gets home from work.*
I am thinking of doing 2 nights at a value and then switching to a Deluxe monorail resort for the last night. I figure it's easier to do a split stay with only adults versus packing up all the kids stuff and it may be the only time I'll get to stay at the Grand Floridian.
So I'm looking for any advise on adults only and spilt stays. I am open to any of the monorail resorts, but am leaning towards the GF. I am hoping to have that last night coincide with the MNSSHP so we can spend a bit of time at the resort. I'm thinking it won't be worth paying up for a theme park view. Your thoughts please.
I'm also wondering if only have 2 full days (2 partial days due to travel) will I want to head to a park in the AM before the party? Not sure on that....
