Spike Seasoning

Is anyone familiar with Spike Seasoning? I live in Northern Michigan and we can't get it up here and it is the BEST for grilling. I friend bought some while on vacation in Florida and none of our local grocers have been able to get it. I searched the internet but didn't get very far - any help would be greatly appreciated.
