ummmmmmm........a little misshapen in the face - his cheeks are puffy! Otherwise I think you guys did a great job. Seriously, Tiger does NOT look easy to draw.

First of all I am glad Jasmine is home safe and sound! I know how happy you must have been to see her smiling face!!

As for the update....aren't low crowds the best! I love how few people are going in the park with you! The Jedi guy looks pretty cute. Just might have to stop and catch that show in May

As for your drawings...you are far braver than I to post your artwork. I am terribly artistically challenged and would never share the messes I've left there with

I was so happy to see her, but the cutest thing ever was Jeff's excitement as she was coming towards us...he said "I think my heart is going to jump out of my chest'!

I couldn't resist posting it because everytime Jasmine and I would pass the spare bedroom and see our drawings we would crack up again...and I knew my DIs friends would appreciate my talent

Ok I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I don't thing any career related to drawing is in your future Great update, as usual! I love the Jedi Training Academy. I have such great memories of my boys doing that one summer!

So keep my day job? I'll do that my friend Isn't it funny over the years how we can look back and have our memories...I love it!!

The crowds were perfect, I can't think of one time when we went where there weren't crowds, but someday we will get lucky. Oh and do you think the ladies that are sewing in the Backlot Tour are really making costumes? I always wondered that so if anyone knows, we would love to know. lol

Jasmine's quite the artist! And you?...well...uhm...that was a really good effort! The truth is that mine would look much worse, so you should feel good about it! I'm still too intimidated to even do the drawing class!

Looks like a fun day at DHS! Tiggers can be tricky to draw, probably because of the bounces. Animation Studios and the Jedi Training are both on my list of things to do when my boys are older. I think it would be so cool to watch my boys fight Darth Vadar.

I think you'll love both of those...I can't imagine how cool the Jedi training must be for little boys!

So glad to hear that Jasmine made it home safe and sound! My daughter Chloe was driving in from Brandon on Saturday night and hit black ice and spun out of control in the middle of Hiway #1 just before headingly. She landed in the ditch and thank goodness she was okay and didn't hit anything else!!

I liked your DHS photos and I look forward to hearing about your last day!
FYI: I started a Trip Report!!!! (But I'm definitly not as entertaining a writer as you or some other posters)!
and it's going to be harder for me now to find time to post since I started back at work today after being gone for 6 months and with the full time job and my home salon in the basement.... I'm going to be busy for the next few months!!

Aww.. the joys of work.... it just gets in the way of life!

I think you drawing is good. We did them too and mine turned out really good....which is funny since I can't draw AT ALL. My kids on the other hand somehow won the gene pool with drawing. My oldest DD has the talent to actually be an artist....she draws amazing cartoons. She has been told by 2 family friends that are graphic artists that it is something she should pursue.

Hi! Just found your TR a couple of days ago and have been racing through it. I can't believe that we have so many things in common!
We're in Winnipeg too!
Last time we were in DW we stayed at ASMu and went to the MNSSHP (2009).
I remember the size of the spiders. There was only one that was in the same place all week. Over by the piano pool. It was huge!
My birthday is October 30th.
We love the Keg. Wasn't positive, but was that the downtown Keg on Garry?

Glad you got to see the Jedi Training Academy! It is so fun to watch the kids take on Darth Vader. Some of them get so into it which makes it pretty entertaining even if you don't have your own kid in it!

Hi! Usually I just lurk on the trip reports board and enjoy reading about everyone's adventures, but since this is fast becoming a roll-call for Winnipeggers, count me in too! It's so nice to see that there are fellow Disney addicts in this city, usually our friends and family just roll their eyes now when we bring up our trips. We were at WDW almost the same time as you, Sept. 21 to 28, and we went to MNSSHP on the 21st.
