Spiderman 2

DH says he saw a preview for Spiderman 2 recently and that he says the release date was noted for 7/2/04. Anyone have any info? We are scheduled to leave UO as of that date, but I will likely switch my trip dates in order to be there for the opening. I am hoping that they do some type of special premeire like they did for AP's with Cat in the Hat (although by the time I received my info I read on the boards that the event was sold out!). Does anyone recall what, if anything they did for the opening of the first Spiderman a few years ago?

I know it's definitely July, but did not hear of an actual date yet.

Thank you both. I wil keep checking. In the meantime, I have changed my RPR reservation by a few days (instead of 6/28-7/2 we'll be going 6/30-7/4) in the hopes that we will be able to see the premeire at Citywalk. If there is a PH event like they had for CITH, all the better.
