Spice Road Table on DDDP

My wife and I are thinking of upgrading to the DDDP. She loves Spice Road Table, but we always just order a bunch of the small plates. Does anyone know if we can change an entree for one or two more appetizers? Has anyone tried this before?

You cannot change an entree for multiple appetizers. SRT is owned by not-Disney and as such cannot get reimbursed for that kind of thing. It's contractual.
