I have a 7:45pm reservation for dinner at Spice Road Table. Is 7:45pm too early to be able to secure a table and stay through the 9pm fireworks?

Not at all - they won't rush you and it's a beautiful view !

You will be fine! I had reservations for a little after 8 and at 7:30 I went to ask if it would be possible to get a window seat for my reservation so my family could watch the fireworks over dessert. They told me to check in then as there was a window table available, and if we were done before the fireworks started to sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the restaurant until they started!
