Spice Road Table Fireworks Package

Does anyone know if you are doing the fireworks package at Spice Road, is the calamari an option for one of the small plates?

When we went back in 2024, Calamri was not an option for the small plates.

What @Genie+ said is the menu we had in July 2024 for the fireworks package, plus they bring the vegetable couscous for the table. As far as I know, that is what they are currently offering.

I can't seem to find what time you can book this package. I've read it can be 6 AM or even 12 AM on your 60 day mark. Does anyone know what time I can go in tomorrow morning to try to book this? I know the rest of the dining at WDW opens at 7 AM and always thought this was part of that too but I guess not!
