I'll be on a solo trip in October. I really enjoyed Spice Road Table when I was there with my adult kids in 2024, mostly because of the variety of small plates we had. I'd like to order several of the small plates but I don't think I'll be able to finish all.
My question is: will they be able to package left overs to go? I'll be staying at Beach Club Villas so an easy walk back to the room to deposit in the fridge for later on.

My last WDW trip (start of June 2025) “required” doggy bags from various resorts. All gave me the same waxed Kraftpaper containers so guessing it’s a gracious leftover from COVID times.
Didn’t eat at ST this trip but would imagine they will have them too.

I would expect any Disney restaurant that is NOT buffet style would permit 'doggie bags'. However, most food prepared in restaurants for table service doesn't tend to keep well even if kept refrigerated.

I did this a few weeks ago when dining alone at Spice Road Table; I was even staying at Beach Club Villas. They were happy to give me to-go boxes, and I had enough leftovers for dinner.

It will probably only be kept refrigerated until I get home from the park. Yummy midnight snack.

I was reading another post, where someone said that when they go to WDW, they always bring a couple to-go containers, either Glad or ones from Dollar Tree. It's good to have a couple zip-loc bags handy also.
