spent yesterday at er

i went to the grocery store and knew my asthma has been acting up but gosh i didnt make to the back of Meijer and had to leave thanks God my dd 16 was with me so i sat at er 4 hours and back on steriods still havent went to bed.. i hate asthma
of course now my bp is 199 over 99 back to dr today . wonder if they will still give me my flue shot today?

So sorry you weren't feeling well..(our DS has asthma and it scares the dickens out of me!) .I hope you are doing better today! You are so fortunate to have a DD to watch out for you.

find a good book and relax! I hope your BP goes down too!
