Spent the entire day planning our dining..What do you think?

This is what I have come up with for our trip. Are there any there that you would get rid of? How about a restaurant that you think I should add?

Using DDP:
Arrival Day: lunch- Cosmic Ray's (split a meal)
dinner- Earl of Sandwich (split a meal, then have Ghiradeli's for dessert!)
Day 2: lunch- Sunshine Seasons
dinner- Chefs de France
Day 3: lunch- Fairfax or Backlot
dinner- Captain's Grille (have never been here before)
Day 4: lunch- el Pirata y Perico
dinner- 'Ohana (have never been here)
Day 5: lunch- somewhere in AK (What do you recommend?)
dinner- Mara (DH loves zebra domes, but I don't want either TS there.)
Day 6: brunch- Character dining (We have never done a character breakfast. I am thinking about 'Ohana, but not certain.)
dinner- Narcoossee's
Day 7: lunch- somewhere around the world in Epcot
dinner- Kona (never been here)
Day 8: Use snack credits to get pastries at the Main Street Bakery (you can do this, right?) Then, ride a couple of things. Then, back to SSR to meet bus for cruise.


After cruise, get DQSP:

Day 1: lunch- Contempo Cafe'
dinner- QS at whichever park we are at
Day 2: lunch- QS at whichever park we are at
dinner- Flying Fish (paying OOP) What time do we need ADRs here in order to get to MK for Spectro & Wishes? What is the best mode of Disney transportation?
Day 3: brunch- Contempo Cafe' or MK

Are you looking for TS or CS? If TS, I'd recommend Yak & Yeti (although not everyone will ) If you're looking for CS I'd recommend Pizzafari or the Yak & Yeti counter service.

I love Ohana for both the breakfast and the dinner. if you don't go to Ohana for breakfast you might try Cape May Cafe as they are supposed to have some really good character interaction.

You're making me hungry. I would recommend Flame Tree BBQ at AK and Kringla Bakeri at Norway in Epcot.

My only concern is that your arrival day will be busy, with arriving, MK AND DTD. I'd probably pick either MK or DTD and not both...

If you need a restaurant in Epcot, think about adding Via Napoli. It's so good!

Cosmic Rays is AWESOME !

I LOVE The Chicken RIb COmbo... Yes - definitely could have split that one...

However...food is very similar to Fairfax in DHS...

BUT Fairfax is within my favorite CS area at DHS... soo you have a LOT of choices nearby...

One of my favorites...? THe Italian SUB at Catalina Eddie's.... so those options are great... just know there are others nearby....

I always get a kick out of people with the DDP that plan their vacation around where to eat.

Now to get back to planning where we are going to eat using DDP for our vacation.
