Your plans look great-- I know what you mean about Soarin. Not my fave. I can pass on everything you listed under the "maybe" section.. We rode Ellen's last time we were at EPCOT but only to take a break. It was air conditioned and we needed a quick nap . I too can pass on Illuminations. Not a big firework gal.

Your trip is getting closer than you think!!!

And PLEASE let us know how TS3 is!! DH and I want to go see it but not sure if we want to spend the $$$. He's a big TS fan, me not so much. Regardless, have fun!!

Not a big TS fan? Blasphemy! But I'll still let you know how it is!

I like fireworks but Illuminations does nothing for me. I feel like it's outdated and it gets a little boring at times.

I know what you mean about Ellen. Did that ride last trip but only to kill time between lunch and the FP time for TT. I guess it has it's uses. I love Ellen but it is just way too long!!

I will try to do Kimpossible. The trick is going to be talking one of my group into it too!

Just wanted to share that I just purchased my tickets for Toy Story 3! Midnight showing tomorrow night! I'm so excited!

WOO HOO!!!! I cannot wait to see the movie.

Your day 3 plans sound great! I think I am going to have to try the Kim Possible thing next trip and Universe of Energy. Every time we go on Universe of Energy, it breaks, lol. I like Mission Space.. do orange, I think that is the mild version... or is it green. I don't remember. The mild version is not bad at all.

We loved doing the KP thing (two adults, no kids). I say just ask that they do one adventure and if they don't like it you can just drop the Kimunicator off. It was really cool because we saw things in the pavillions that we never noticed before.

I used to do MS orange (intense) all the time and this last time we did green (mild) and I actually liked the green side better and I normally love coaster type rides.

Just had to add that the green/mild side is pretty tame. It didn't feel like much-- so if you wind up going, go green!

I'm sure I can talk one of them into doing at least one adventure. I just want to try it. I never spend much time in the pavilions unless I have an ADR and KP seems like a good way to see everything.

Hmmmm...I feel like if I do MS, I should do orange since it'll be everybody's first time on that ride (besides me and my sister). I think she was dizzy after it so maybe we can go on the green together!

Hi guys! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was busy, busy, busy! I took a personal day on Friday so I had a 3 day weekend!

Thursday night at midnight, Kris and I went to see TS3! OMG you guys. I'm sure most of you have seen it already because you're all Disney freaks like me but those who haven't...WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? Go see it! It was GREAT! I loved it so much and I was pretty close to crying at the end but I managed to keep it together. My 4 year old nephew Jacob is mad at me because I went without him (oops!) so I plan on seeing it again with him. I can't wait to see his reaction!

On Friday, I spent the day in NYC with my sister. NKOTB. Again. I'm obsessed. I think this is it for awhile, I think they're taking a break. They've been going non stop for 2 years since they announced the reunion. What am I gonna do??? That void will have to be filled with extra Disney trips. I took a bunch of pictures so another NKOTB mini-TR will be coming shortly!

On Saturday, I headed down to Atlantic City to help Kris celebrate his 30th birthday! He had gone the night before so I met him at the hotel (showboat) and we got lunch at House of Blues and hung around the pool for awhile until his roommate got there w/his girlfriend. We all went over to Sammy Hagar's beach bar, which was a lot of fun and had dinner and went to another bar at the Borgata later that night. Needless to say, we were all pretty exhausted on Sunday. Kris and I went to the beach and were total bums for most of the day. I got a little sunburned. Him? He looks like a lobster. I better pack extra sunblock and aloe for Florida!

I was soooo tired at work today and of couse, we were super busy! Not complaining, it makes the day go by much faster, but it was just non stop. I couldn't get anything done! I ended up staying almost 45 minutes after my scheduled time and I still have more stuff to do first thing tomorrow morning. Busy busy busy!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! We're almost at the double digit mark!

Are you all getting sick of my NKOTB updates yet? Well, here comes another one!

This was the 3rd concert I went to on this mini-tour (CasiNO tour...even though Radio City Music Hall...not a casino...all other venues were). This is my 10th (yes, you read that right) NKOTB concert overall. Nice round number. I think this is going to be it for awhile, I have a feeling they're taking a break so it's a nice number to stop at for the time being.

My sis and I had the day off and I had a few things to do before I left but I made it to her house by 3. We made a pit stop at Target and then made our way over to the train station. Trains to NYC come by every 20-30 min so we were on it in no time. The train ride from her town takes about a half hour. Train self pic!

When we got into the city, we decided to walk over to RCMH. It's about 15-20 blocks. We started off walking down 7th, into the Times Square area, and since we had plenty of time grabbed a bite to eat at Hard Rock Cafe. My sister was so excited because they put us next to Bono memorabilia. She loves U2, as do I! After we ate, it was about 6:15, so we headed over in the direction of RCMH. Here it is!

The concert didn't start until 8 so we walked over to Rockefeller Center. I'd never seen it without the tree and rink and we were surprised to find that there was a outdoor cafe and bar where the rink is. So we stopped in for a Corona!

We then joined the line to go into RCMH.

See how far back the sign is? It moved quickly though.

Pretty soon we were inside and had found our seats. The view:

There were screens on either side and since I'm a huge Ranger fan, I was excited when Henrik Lundqvist popped up!

My sister and I saw t-shirts we wanted so we ran out quickly to the front to get them. I love it! This is the front:

Soon the countdown clock appeared, telling us it was almost time for the show!

This past weekend was a blast! for being a Rangers fan! I can't wait until hockey season starts up again!

It's awesome being so close to NYC, I take it for granted that I get to go as often as I do. I know there are some people that have never been before and it just seems crazy to me because it's so close! I'll be posting again soon.

Glad you loved TS3.. DH and I went to see it on Wednesday and I must say... it was fantastic!!! I was really surprised (I'll admit, I was worried) and found nothing to complain about. Love love love it!

Poor Kris (happy belated birthday to him!) and the sunburn!!! You guys better lather up for the Disney trip-- although, hopefully, it shouldn't be too sunny/hot out. It sounds like you had a great weekend!

I know! I have another 3 day weekend coming up next weekend for the 4th of July!

I was a little worried about TS3 too but it was excellent! I absolutely loved it and I teared up a little at the end. Pixar has not done me wrong yet. I don't know how they do it! They're brilliant!

Kris put sunblock on his back but refused to put any on the back of his legs. So the back of his knees got sunburned...badly. When I went to FL in September last year, it was SO hot. 90 everyday. And that was only a week or two prior to when we're traveling this year. He doesn't believe me that it will be hot and humid!

AHHHH I wish I could go to as many BSB concerts as you go to NKOTB!! I freakin love them. I was literally freaking out. I'm pretty disappointed that they are taking a break! I like hearing about all your NKOTB stuff because I can totally relate!!

Have you heard the rumor that after their breaks, NKOTB and BSB are going to be touring together? Apparently when they appeared onstage together at the last NKOTB concert, they just wanted to guage what type of reaction it would get. We'll see!

So I left off with the New Kids about to take the stage. They showed a video with a montage of NYC's landmarks plus footage of their Please Don't Go Girl video since it was filmed at Coney Island. Here are a couple shots of the video I managed to snag.

The boys opened up with 'Single' which is one of their newer songs and one of my favorites! The crowd went wild when they came onstage!

They do a few songs on the main stage to open up the show: Single, Lights Camera Action, My Favorite Girl, The Right Stuff, Lookin Like Danger, One Song, Dirty Dancing...and then...the best part. They head toward the crowd for Tonight. We got the side with Jordan, Donnie, and Danny. I could not believe how close they were....

I think my sister may have fainted. She's a Jordan girl and I just saw her literally fall into her chair. No worries, she's ok!

Then it was time to slow things down: I'll Be Loving You Forever, Please Don't Go Girl, If You Go Away, acoustic Coming Home...(Kimmy it was at this point during their very last show that the curtian lifted and BSB came out and they all sang I Want It That Way together and then BSB did Shape of My Heart!)

The boys do a lot of work raising money and awareness for breast cancer (Danny's mom passed away from it). Here they are presenting a check for to the Komen foundation.

It was at that point that my camera decided to go mental and not work for me! It kept saying lens error and not let me do anything. Of course it worked perfectly again after the concert ended and we were outside.

After the slow set, they finished out the concert with their solo sets (Sweet Dreams/Twisted from Joe, Never Let You Go from Jordan, and I Got It & Rise and Grind from Donnie) before launching into Full Service, Close To You, Summertime, Step By Step, and finally Hanging Tough where a whole bunch of green and white (celtics colors) confetti started flying around the crowd. Another awesome show by NKOTB! The crowd was electric. During certain songs, I would turn my head to look up toward mezzanine and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was on their feet waving their hands around and singing. It was amazing.

Saddened that they are going to be taking a break but they've been at this pretty much non stop for 2 years. It's deserved!
