How can you be 64 days away and I'm 79? So not fair!!!

Have fun at the wedding! I haven't been to one in ages!

That was the first wedding I'd been to in a couple years. It was a lot of fun!

At least you've got your travel group down pat! I definitely wouldn't worry about changing your reservations for Ohana and Chef Mickey's since there's no availability..

Post pictures of the new hair!! I bet it looks great!

I hope you have a blast at the wedding-- it's always fun to see an old friend get married.

And oh my goodness, 64 days!! I can't believe it! Hooray!

Yeah, I left my Ohana and Chef Mickey's ADRs as is. I changed the other two.

The wedding was a blast. My friend looked BEAUTIFUL!

I hate it when people won't commit--and they leave you guessing til the last minute! But at least you have your group all figured out! And then if another person decides to join you, you already have them on the ADR!

I hate it too. It's been a real pain in the butt planning this. Next time I'm just going with one other person!! So much easier.

Exactly 2 months from today, I will be in Disney World!

It's coming up so fast, I can't believe it! My cousin just paypal-ed me his portion of the final payment so he's all paid off! And I just faxed in my request to Universal for free tickets so hopefully I'll get approved for that. It's all finally starting to come together!

As some of you know, this weekend I went to my friend Laura's wedding. We used to work together when we were in high school as hostesses at Macaroni Grill. We were really close back then and I can't believe she's all grown up and married now!

The wedding was supposed to be outdoors but it was drizzling on and off. I think they held off as long as they could to see if it would stop but it didn't so they had to move the entire thing inside. Because of this, it started about a half hour late so we had a mini-cocktail hour before the wedding and another one after. The place was absolutely beautiful! Here are some pictures. You can see my new haircut in a couple of them.

She had two maid/matrons of honor (and about 8 other bridesmaids!!). The girl on the right is Lori, she's Laura's best friend. She also used to work at Macaroni Grill as a hostess and we were pretty close as well. I miss that group of girlfriends!!

They did the tradition of putting her in the chair and lifting her. The look on her face is priceless!

I love weddings too, my boyfriend not so much. We're heading to one this weekend and he's declared a ban on weddings for a year...one of my closest friends is getting married in April, he's made an exception, but that's it!

Thanks! I think I'm going to get my hair trimmed again right before the trip. I already feel like it's gotten longer and it's only been a couple weeks!

What a party pooper! Weddings are so much fun. What doesn't he like about them? Is he not a dancer?

BTW, I read the first chapter of Sweet Valley Confidential, the new book that's coming out when they're in their 20s. It was different to say the least!

Thank you! I can't wait to see the pictures the photographer got of her. They had a laptop up with some of the photos they had taken earlier in the day, while she was getting ready. They were beautiful!

Late to the party (like always) but I just found my way over from the NKOTB thread (I'm mostly a lurker there, I don't ever usually have too much to add!) I remember you though from all the way back from when Kris was just the Jordan look-a-like that you worked with, but never spoke to...LOL!

We will be in Disney the week before you - we come home on Oct. 3. I thought about doing a pre-trip report too, but not sure I'd be able to be all that interesting!

Anyway, I have to go back to the beginning and catch up, but just wanted to say hi!

Hi! I post here and there on the NKOTB thread. Lately it's been all about the cruise and I'm just mad at them right now lol. I hate how they announce things and then expect people to fork over money a week later for it. I think I'm NKOTB-ed out a little bit.

Ah, the good old days, when Kris was the Jordan look alike. I miss those days. J/K. Kris is awesome. I still can't get over the fact that this guy I used to post about to you guys is now my boyfriend!

Disney Day 6

So no big plans for this day, our last , at WDW. The only thing that is definitely planned is a late breakfast at Chef Mickey's. What better way to start the last day of the trip? The ADR isn't until 11 so I figure we can sleep a little later than usual and that will be our first stop of the day.

Other than this? Return to the parks and do our favorites. I definitely want to make a stop in Magic Kingdom since we're right there. I'm open to suggestions from any of my co-travelers. Our flight isn't until 7:10 pm so we have most of the day to enjoy anything we want to do over. Possibly head over to DTD to buy some last minute souvenirs.

Then it's back to the airport and bye bye Disney World. Probably won't see you again until 2012. That will be for my 30th birthday extravaganza.

But we can't think about that now because this trip is still 56 days away!

I think your Chef Mickey ADR is perfect.. you get to sleep in and then enjoy a fantastic brunch with the gang!

You've got the right idea-- just chill the last day. Hit some favorites at MK and then shop your butt off at DTD. It's always a bummer to leave but... hey, at least we can start planning for the big 3-0!!

I think you should leave your plans open like that-- go to MK if you're feeling it, DTD if there's things you still want/need to buy, whatever. That's great that your flight is so late-- our was at 3:00 last trip, so we slept in, too. Felt good after getting up at 7 every other day!
