Spend 50 deal at parks

Does anyone know what the special offer is at the parks if you spend 50 you can get reduced rates on 2 offered items?

I know when we were down there the week of March 4th, it was a tote bag for $17.99 and a duffle bag (not sure of that cost - but it was a higher amount then the tote bag).
