Speedway race car experience??

Can anyone tell me anything about this? We are going in Nov (can't wait) and my DS10 wants to do it. Is it worth it? Has anyone done it? How do you get there? What are the operating hours? PLEASE HELP ME...

Your DS unfortunately can't do it. To do the ride along you had to be 14. Then for the driving expierence you have to have a drivers liscence. In March I bought DH the rookie expierence which was 8 laps that he got to drive around the racetrack after a safety course. It was neat-- he LOVED it!!! That was just over $400.00 w/ tax. The ride-a-longs are right around $100 (I think $99). Now, when we were there, they were selling discounted ride-a-longs for $75.00 but I think it was limited to the family members of the rookie program participants. Which there was about 20 guys in my husbands group. It took almost the full 3 hrs to go through everyone and everything. Depending on which program you want for the hours. Some require reservations.
