The Dallas Co Sheriff's Dept obviously enjoys they're catfish. I was driving by one of the local all-you-can-eat catfish joints close to home recently and their must have been close to a dozen deputy's cars in the lot. I routinely see at least 1 or 2 there but that was quite a sight.
Maybe their next stake out could be the Meadow Trading post on Blind Man's Curve and the bridge going over to the pool? They'd be busy all day long there. I hope they can bust 'em for golf cart infractions too
I can second the sheriff clocking people in the Fort, we saw them Sunday morning before we were leaving clocking people by the Meadows trading post. I wonder also if they would give me a ticket for speeding in my golfcart. I know it will go faster than 20MPH.
My dad was a cop for 25 years (Metro Dade in South Florida), I don't think I've ever seen him eat a donut...lol. Not saying that cops don't eat donuts, but I always found that rather ironic.
My older son is a cop NYPD for the past 5 years..and he actually had a woman run up to him with her phone and take a picture when he was leaving a Dunkin' Donut shop...and no he didn't even have a doughnut, he was just getting an ice coffee. The lady was laughing her butt off. He's sick of the doughnut jokes too.
Bet she won't be laughing if she should have to call 911.
