Speed Boats at BC

Do they have the little speed boats that you can rent? If so, do you need to make reservations? How much is it? Is there an age limit? I haven't heard too much about them on here. I know they have them or use to have them at Contemp. and Poly., but haven't heard about BC.

Yep, they have them. There's a picture of the marina prices in this FAQ posting:

I think the 30 minute price works out to $25 with tax. I don't know about age limits for a child that is with an adult, but children must be 12 years old and 5 feet tall to operate one alone.

I believe the "water mice" are the speedboats you mean. Most WDW resorts that are located on a body of water offer at least some type of boat rental. Reservations are usually only needed if you are booking something like a fishing excursion or a fireworks cruise, not for regular boat rentals.

And I believe I found exactly what you're looking for in terms of pricing on the YC/BC FAQ thread (here the speedboats are called Sea Raycers):

As far as age limits, I believe they are the same at all Disney resorts. This is from the WL FAQ thread:

Sea Raycer: Driver must be 12 years of age and be 5 ft. tall: also must be accompanied by an adult with a valid driver's license. Single drivers of the boats must be over 16 years old and have a valid driver's license. No age restrictions for passengers. Parent/legal guardian signature required for all minors.
